It's a very usefull training for our lims and body . And is it the same as in the Carl Cestari CCT

This is about 45 minutes long. It shows how to toughen yourself up using materials that are very inexpensive, or even free while working out solo. Mr. Cestari gives plenty to keep you busy. You will notice results pretty quickly. If you are interested in any aspect of the martial arts or self defense, I think you will find this very useful. It is short, but there is a lot of bang for the buck. I recommend it highly.
