This is a branch of traditional Shaolin Kung fu based on numeric formulas such as: three frames, four momentums, five postures, the six harmonies (Liu He), 7 poems, 8 methods (BaFa), 9 skills, 13 shapes, 18 strikes, 24 special positions, 36 hands and 72 techniques. Secret weapons were used in Eagle Sect. It also has medicinal gong to balance, cure external forms & internal strength.

This pair of VCDs goes into the kicking strategies of the Eagle Sect. Kicks are generally low. Angles of attack are emphasized. There is much crowding, bumping and sweeping.
