FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)::

Do you ship your self defense DVDs internationally?

We ship anywhere in the world.

What are the shipping charges for your martial arts DVDs?

Priority shipping via USPS within the US and First class International shipping via USPS is FREE.

Do you accept Returns?

DVDs returned in unopened shrink wrap will be refunded via the payment method used. If there is an issue with a particular DVD, we ask that you return it and we will gladly exchange.

Do you accept any other payment method besides PayPal or Google checkout?

We are currently adding another storefront page in order to be able to process credit cards. It should be available mid-June '11.

How long are the DVDs?

The lengths vary depending on how long Carl needed to explain that particular topic. They range from 30 minutes to 1 hour and 24 minutes.

What is on the DVDs?

There are a few sample clips on the TRAINING CLIPS page.  Each DVD deals with a different aspect of hand-to-hand combat training from Fundamentals of Unarmed Combat, Advanced Strikes, Ground Fighting, Defense Against
Grabs and Holds, Bare Knuckle Boxing & his latest Knife Defense.  There is the Women's Self Defense DVD specifically geared toward women defending themselves against a larger opponent.  Also, Carl's DVD on body conditioning, Iron Fist Iron Body and his non-sporting Judo DVD - Goshinjutsu Judo.

Do you plan on releasing any more DVDs?

Carl's Assault Rifle DVD will be coming the end of June '11.  Police Restraint will probably be next.  The two seminar DVDs, O'Neill and Fairbairn, should be available before the end of the year.

Do you plan on selling anything else?

I will be adding a lot of items from Carl's various collections as soon as I get the chance. I plan on listing his personal DVD and VIDEO COLLECTION as soon as I get it organized. Also, some more knives and makawara's.

How do I get on your mailing list?

Send me an email from the CONTACT US link on the bottom of the home page. Then you will be notified when another item is added to the catalog.
